We understand that purchasing jewelry online requires trust, which is why we offer a comprehensive 30-day return period from your delivery date, allowing you to shop with complete confidence.
Manufacturing Defects: Each piece is lovingly handmade and quality-assured by our master craftsmen, making defects exceptionally rare. Should the unlikely occur and a manufacturing defect be present, we embrace full responsibility for making it right. Simply contact us before returning the item so we can provide proper instructions, and we'll handle everything from there. We cover all shipping costs in both directions, any applicable duties, and offer you the choice between a complete refund or expert repair and replacement. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we'll manage every detail to ensure a seamless experience.
General Returns: For general returns of our ready-to-wear collections, we welcome returns within 30 days as long as pieces remain unworn and pristine in their original packaging with all certificates included. Custom-made pieces, being uniquely crafted for you, can only be returned in cases of manufacturing defects. For general returns, you'll be responsible for return shipping costs both ways, as well as any duties that Abarana initially covered during the original shipment. Once we receive and lovingly inspect your returned piece, we'll provide a full refund of your purchase amount.
Please note that we cannot accommodate returns beyond our 30-day window or accept any jewelry that has been altered, resized, or modified from its original condition.
